A BILL making a supplementary appropriation of federal funds
out of the treasury from the balance of federal moneys
remaining unappropriated for the fiscal year ending the
thirtieth day of June, one thousand nine hundred ninety-six,
to the bureau of commerce, division of miners' health, safety
and training, account no. fund 8709, fiscal year 1996,
organization 0314, supplementing and amending the
appropriation for the fiscal year ending the thirtieth day of
June, one thousand nine hundred ninety-six.
Whereas, The governor has established the availability of
federal funds for continuing programs now available for expenditure
in the fiscal year ending the thirtieth day of June, one thousand
nine hundred ninety-six, which are hereby appropriated by the terms
of this supplementary appropriation bill; therefore
Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:
That the total appropriation for fiscal year ending the
thirtieth day of June, one thousand nine hundred ninety-six, to
account no. fund 8709, fiscal year 1996, organization 0314, be
supplemented and amended by increasing the total appropriation by two hundred six thousand eight hundred ninety-three dollars as
follows:

The purpose of this supplementary appropriation bill is to
supplement this account in the budget act for the fiscal year
ending the thirtieth day of June, one thousand nine hundred ninety-
six, by adding two hundred six thousand eight hundred ninety-three
dollars to the existing appropriation for support of the state
safety and training program.
